SPF CEU SERIES | Invisible Architecture

  • Kansas City Convention Center Grand Ballroom 301 W 13th St #100 Kansas City, MO 64105 (map)

In the fast-paced world of interior design, managing deadlines, client expectations, and creative output often comes at the expense of personal well-being. This session invites designers to go beyond traditional conversations about work-life balance by exploring the invisible forces that influence how we engage with our work and each other. We’ll examine the "architecture of presence"—how we perceive and project energy in professional settings—and how chronic overextension can leak our life force. Participants will learn to recognize patterns of energetic depletion and gain practical tools to set boundaries, restore vitality, and lead their teams and projects with greater clarity and intention.
